Poppy has completed specialist training in both clinical psychology and forensic psychology. She has experience working with adults in non-government, public health, and private settings. Poppy works with clients across the lifespan (including child and family, adolescent, and adult). She has worked with individuals seeking therapy for a variety of reasons including depression and anxiety disorders, adjustment and stress, trauma, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, personality vulnerabilities, serious mental health issues, and substance use.
Poppy’s style is non-judgemental and empathic. She is experienced in a range of evidence-based therapies and works collaboratively with clients to develop an individualised approach to treatment. Poppy is available for completing assessments in a range of areas. She is also a Board-approved supervisor. Poppy works at Burwood.
