Dione is an empathetic and supportive psychologist who is interested in working with individuals across the lifespan (children, teenagers, and young adults). She has experience working with various presentations, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, emotion regulation difficulties, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. She endeavours to create a non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to collaboratively explore their challenges and can develop strategies to improve their well-being. Dione draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. In addition to her therapeutic work, Dione offers psychometric testing to identify learning, memory, and attention difficulties. Dione works at Burwood.
