Therapy services for Adults
Therapy for adults to help with a range of problems including:
- Depression and low mood
- Anxiety
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Phobias
- Grief and loss
- Difficulties with managing life stresses
- Trauma or abuse
- Bulimia and other problems with eating
We also offer help to families coping with relationship difficulties or other challenges. We see adults both individually, and as couples or families, especially for help with relationships and parenting.
We can provide court recommended or ordered therapy for families who are in front of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Janina Szyndler, Poppy Rourke, and Elizabeth Byron are registered as specialist counsellors with Victims Services and offer counselling to individuals who have been the victims of a crime. Workers Compensation and Insurance
We see adults referred by their family doctor for psychological treatment under WorkCover. This includes help with chronic pain and Adjustment disorders. We also see clients referred by insurance companies following motor vehicle accidents or other trauma.
Assessment
We are able to carry out testing of intelligence, intellectual disability, specific learning difficulties, academic skills, ADHD, ASD, and personality. If you need an assessment for Court, please refer to the forensic reports page.
